The priority of this office is obviously sales. Went in for one crown and was told I needed another, would I like to go ahead and get prepped while I was already numbed? I fell for it, and insurance turned it down, leaving me with a huge balance. At that same visit, Dr Maria told me she filled a tooth - after she did it!! Dr Maria also refused to give me an additional numbing shot, and I spent the remainder of a visit moaning and sweating, in pain, while the tech repeatedly apologized!!.
No transparency in their billing. Billing practices are questionable.
