I have a puffiness in my lower jaw as a result of problems with my tooth after a crown was put on it. Treatment given has not helped and I am getting pushed back by unqualified employees. While I am in pain, I received an invitation to see the doctor in two weeks!!! Unacceptable. I asked to be called back today, and received no such call. In the meantime, I am in so much pain I cannot sleep. Would you consider this the service from a medical practice that puts patients first? I don't.
