The office is clean and tidy. Receptionists and billing personnel always pleasant and helpful. The assistant is always pleasant and helpful and cheerful, a person I'd enjoy having as a friend. Dr. Kunch is funny; we always laugh a lot. He's solved all my issues and I trust his judgment completely. I've never seen him behaving rudely, certainly never angry. I can't imagine the incidents cited in the other reviews happened in just that way; I'd like to know both sides of those incidents..
Worst Dentist/Person on the Earth! Has Anger Management issue! Throws temper tantrums if you cannot do what he wants when he wants. I'm not sure how he has a practice or a license! His staff is nice! I went to him for my kids and myself because no-one else accepted our insurance and we had no choice. I'd rather be in pain then to go to him. He gave my brother & my mother dentures that didn't fit and told them he couldn't do any more for them. Both of them had to pay another dentist to make new..
Very rude to both my mom and I, made rude comments about our teeth and did not communicate with us except for the rude comments (told me that my gums bleeding are all my fault and that I cannot blame him for it).I will definitely not being returning..
Dr. Heck is wonderful, to work with and his work as a Dentist. As a hygienist myself, I send all of my family there. He recently did a bridge on my mother's front teeth that had broken. I contacted him over the weekend, and he got her right in the next day. As a hygienist, I am quite particular about shades matching, especially in the front. It came out PERFECT. I actually shrieked when I saw the final product I was so happy. Now the best part-- to say my mother is an extremely anxious patient is an understatement. I won't even work on her myself. Dr. Heck handles her very well and she feels confident in his care. My daughter refuses to see any dentist other than Dr. Heck. I recommend him to everyone! Thank you, Dr. Heck! The receptionist is very rude, both on the phone and in person. The hygienist will condescendingly lecture you on your tooth care the entire time she has her fingers stuck in your mouth. Dr. Heck will rush in and make an appearance for all of three minutes. They will push Xrays and procedures on you even if you don't need them in order to get more money out of your insurance company. And if you have children, you had better watch them very closely, because they will attempt to perform procedures on your kids without consulting you first. We are switching dentists.
