Best Dentist In City - Dr. Kalpana Kaveti, DMD

Dr. Hanaa Jebril, DDS

Never go to this dentist. They don't stand behind their services, attach partials to the wrong teeth therefore causing other teeth to become loose and the need for other dental work and the worst office staff I have dealt ever. Person is rude and wants to argue. Billing is a nightmare charges you for more than Insurance allows..

Salud Family Health Center

The docs here are wonderful...Once you get to them. I make sure to plan four hours for my appointments at Salud...Because I will be processed efficiently by the staff, wait for at least 20-30 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room, and then the doc's MA will take me back, take my temp and weight and have a little discussion about what I am here for, and then exit the room. And I wait. I wait. And I wait. And I wait some more. I usually see my doctor within an hour to an hour and a half after the MA takes me back. Sometimes faster but usually slower. He is extremely effective and helpful, thorough and absolutely chock full of great ideas, but only has about 10-15 minutes for me and is whirling constantly around various patients besides me who also need his attention during that time. I used to be an admin at a hospital and while I respect the work that they do I I really wish they would hire fewer admins and more doctors devoted to patient care. Once when I was here expressing frustration at the length of the wait times for the appointment I was introduced to a woman whose job appears to be to listen to patients whine about their crummy experiences and assure them that they are doing all they can and offer perhaps some measly resources. What is the point of this person?!?!?! I KNOW you're doing all you can. It just isn't enough. As I said, the docs, MAs and patient care staff are excellent. I just wish there were more of them to handle the overbooked, overloaded schedules. I cannot fathom why a clinic needs six admins and this person to which patients can whine instead of hiring more PAs, physicians and RNs. It's mind blowing. Right now I have been here almost thirty minutes and am still in the waiting room. Sigh. The docs here are wonderful...Once you get to them.
