He apparently uses a laboratory somewhere out of NYC so when he has to make a mold or whatever,it takes a much longer time than if he used a local faciiity. Also he does not use a computer, so if he needs to send or receive information, he cannot provide service on a timely basis. He seems to have an antiquated practice. Also his hours are quite limited, I guess he doesn\'t want to work too hard. If you want speedy service, find someone else.
