Interesting review up top because my experience with Dr. Kim was quite the opposite. Prior to Dr. Kim I had been going to male dentists. I had gotten used to, and expected, certain level of pain from dentists. Dr. Kim's technique and touch was very gentle. Before she started the procedure she asked if I was numb. She waited until I was fully numb. She took out one of my teeth. I did not feel anything. I would definitely recommend her to anyone--particularly people afraid of painful dentistry.
