17After 5 years of loyalty, had noticed that service was getting worse at front desk with attitude, familiarity, delays (ex. had to wait for Dentist 40 mn after arriving on time whilst he was in his office unknowingly waiting for me ! ).I gave friendly feed back to owner who didn\'t seem so concerned...Next, some new Office manager girl suddenly decided not to honor insurance discount anymore without any rationale, after years of honoring it (part of my Insurance network ). After trying to explain /resolve amicably with the prickly newbie, we received a (certified !) letter from Dentist \"firing\" me and my partner (is this High school ?:)...Really, the arrogance and the maturity...Needless to say that we had already moved on to a better professional. Telling move from junior dentists who seem to blindly trust their latest marvel recruit -who will likely cost them more losses with that style- rather than reaching out and work it out with loyal customers...Good luck, smart business men :)
