Exceptional Dentist! I have been to several dentists in Iowa City and can say hands down that Dr. Vanbeek is the most professional, patient, honest and dedicated. When I called his office at 3:30 pm begging for a tooth extraction on a FRIDAY Dr. Vanbeek instructed me to come right over and and stayed late with his staff to support me. They extracted the entire molar with literally NO pain and tremendous care. a horrific root canal job made this a difficult task. Last January when I experienced tooth pain in this same molar, Dr. VanBeek availed himself to me all weekend . He is very empathetic and thoughtful and makes sure to communicate in a way that supports understanding. My son loves Dr. Vanbeek who has treated 3 cavities without shame or pain. I love his professional flexibillity and willingness to support alternative dentistry approaches that support the immune system, but contradict conventional denstisty. I love his house office and location Dr. VanBeek is a total win!

Dr. McNaugton put a crown on my tooth after seeing 3 Dentist that told me that I needed a root canal. I didn\'t need a root canal. I needed a crown. I was nervous. I asked if he could play any music for me so I could relax. He did. He has a great personality, listens, and genuinely cares about his patients. I recommend Dr. Mcnaughton very highly.
