I have been a client of this dentist since he started his practice and have found just the opposite of what \"Nancy Ago\" found. They have been courteous, almost completely painless and have worked me in promptly when I have had dental emergencies. I can't even imagine an experience there like \"Nancy\" alleges. I was just there for repair of a broken tooth Tuesday, Dec. 10th and I didn't even know when the numbing injection was given. This is outstanding service. His office staff is beyond reproach. My feeling is, that \"Nancy\" created much of the problem.
