I pleased beyond words with my amazing results in working with Dr. Caldwell. I knew I was going to see a vast improvement, I wasn't expecting this. My case was very challenging. Dr Caldwell explained everything each step of the way. He developed a treatment plan that he knew would lead to this moment. He and his staff treated me with the utmost of kindness and respect. For the first time in several years, the real me is back. My confidence is restored. Dr. Caldwell, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had to wait 30 min to be called back for my daughter's appt. Her cleaning took 15 min and then had to wait 35 for the dentist to come in for his 5 min check of her teeth. I saw the dentist wandering around the office the entire time but was told he was so late because he had to stay with a patient who was under gas. I will not return. I don't appreciate places that assume their time is more valuable than mine.

Very bad experience....had to get 4 injections before I felt no pain and one injection resulted in a broken needle attempting to numb area.....still numb after 7 days and counting
