3My experience is similar to the other negative reviews about rudeness. In my case it was about billing practices. After getting stonewalled by Cruz’s billing clerk about a negotiated discount, I tried to discuss the matter with Cruz directly. He outright refused to have a conversation about his own billing policy or his staff’s rudeness, and when I challenged him that his name was on the door, he (rudely) suggested I find another practice for my 3 kids, which I intend to do.
