I have been going to this dentist for several years now and I wish I knew then what I know now. After spending thousands of dollars out of pocket for sub par work I am now left with only 3 teeth on my upper jaw. Before going to Encore Dental I had a full mouth of fairly nice teeth. As time went by I was conned into root canals, fixed bridge, crowns and two partials, all of which failed over a few short years. The teeth under the fixed bridge rotted, the partials never fit correctly and my gums were always sore. Now Dr. Marc says the only remedy is to extract all of my upper teeth, what's left of them anyway and get implants to the tune of nearly 20K. I am retired and just don't have 20 K laying around. Lastly, beware of Dr. Marc and Encore Dental, especially the office manager who I will refer to as "Big Bird" who is arrogant and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this dentist or Encore Dental to anyone. I would avoid this company like the plague. God Bless.
i went to dr. marc buttacavoli 2 years ago and he caused me to suffer so much undue pain for an entire weekend. i kept calling the office crying and leaving messages but he nor his father bother to call me back. i still cannot get over the horrific suffering i endured. he started a root canal at end of day on a friday. closed it up and sent me home. it had an infection and now started festering in the enclosed tooth. i called the office all weekend crying on the phone begging someone to please call as i could not tolerate the pain. no one called me. went in monday morning and when his father looked at the tooth he reprimanded his son for not sending me home with an antibiotic. i had a very bad infection.i am 81 years old and still cannot believe what this man did to me.while in the office i heard someone else complaining about him. when the girl called her for her appointment to see dr. marc she refused to see him and wanted someone else. he is a very unsympathetic doctor.

I've been going to Dr. Trowell for about a year now. I have anxieties associated with dental work, Dr. Trowell and his team has been more than accommodating. Appointments are easy to schedule, and the wait is never long. My recent visit involved a cleaning and creating a "dental plan" for further treatment. Surprisingly, Dr. Trowell was able to work me in that hour for a much-needed crown and filling. His procedures are quick and professional, and the work he has done for my teeth has been phenomenal-- not to mention friendly staff. Highly recommended..
