My son needed 3 fillings and one crown that resulted in two visits. Both visits were amazing!! They were very attentive and understanding to my concerns. I appreciate them so much.
My husband came in to get his teeth pulled. They told him from previous appt they would do all top 1st or all bottom...whichever he chose. Well when he gets there they said the process would take 6-9 months because the place to make the dentures is far away so maybe he should look into another dentist. R u kidding me...u wasted our time for what and he missed work!! He called columbia right down the street, got an appt that same day for 10 mins later, they took all his teeth at once and thwy make dentures right there!! They were very friendly and clean. Im switching my whole family, especially since the first visit was with my son and the dentist wrote down the wrong tooth for the specialist they sent us too....very bad business!!! Needed to wait an hour and a half. One kid urinated on him self during the gassing because they don't allow people to use the bathrooms. They take in many people and are horribly understaffed. I waited to get my child's teeth taken care of and it hit closing hour and still haven't been seen. I just walked out. Never coming back again..
