My experience with Ross Orthodontics has been life changing over the last 10 months. I have had the Ross Sleep Appliance since August. During this time, I have quit snoring (which my wife loves), I have been able to sleep through the night, I have woken up every morning more rested, I have lowered my blood pressure, and I have more energy during the course of the day, But best of all, the Ross Sleep Appliance has eliminated my sleep apnea. The staff at Ross Orthodontics have been very profes.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. the front desk people are terribly rude and obnoxious. They should all be replaced by people that know how to treat a customer with respect and appreciation..
Poor Customer Service My husband and I went to this dental clinic for 3 years. We had regular dental check-ups, fillings, root canals, and crowns done here. We eventually left because of their poor customer service. When I received a crown I was not asked what kind of crown I would like, even though there were several choices. I asked about it at my appointment, and they said it was too late for me to decide. I was never asked what I would like, and they never apologized. The dentist does good work, but he is not friendly and gives poor communication. My husband and I always paid our bill promptly at the time of service, but at one check-up they began telling us we could not have anymore service done until we proved we could pay. We had payed everything up to that point..
