On July 14, I left a message with my number for a follow up call to schedule an appointment, no one ever called. I had my teeth cleaned by the female Dr. Chao in January and she was really good but, she's no longer with the practice. I tried to make a follow up appointment for two people on a Saturday morning but, Christian was so slow in setting up the appointment that his co-worker made an appointment immediately following mine and wants me to make a second trip from Brooklyn for the second appointment. Why ask two people from the same household to make a second trip for a cleaning???
