Dr. Shannon and his staff are awesome. I have two daughters that have had braces through his office, so I have worked with their office for 3 years. He has brought new practices in orthodontia to trouble shoot my youngest daughter's open bite/tongue thrust issues in an effort to avoid invasive procedures. He explains procedures and the work being done very clearly and in terms that both my daughter(s) and I can understand. Dr. Shannon also makes sure he is available to his patients, even after hours. Anytime my girls have had issues as far as a broken bracket, broken retainer, etc; we have gotten in right away to fix the problem. At Shannon Orthodontics you don't feel like "just another patient", they are warm, friendly and very personable. I recommend this office to all my friends looking for an orthodontist. :)
