4What a terrible business. My wife and her family have been going here for 30 plus years. There was a new receptionist today. My wife just switched insurance companies for her dental insurance and did not have the information available. In the past they have never had a problem sending a bill and it being paid in full whether or not it was through insurance or cash. The receptionist was unprofessional and obnoxious. They stated there was a new policy that they are no longer going to bill patients and would require payment in full or insurance at the time. Meanwhile my wife has been there for 30 years and always paid her bill. The dentist came out, Dr poli, who\'s taking care of my wife and her family, and was insulting and dismissive of the fact that they\'ve been going there for 30 years, never carried a balance and always paid. Not to mention they\'ve held onto a check for my mother-in-law for $100 for the last month and have not paid her back after her insurance paid the bill.
