The only reason I came to this location is because the Mesquite location does not have an orthodontist there. First impressions are everything to me when it comes to customer service. The first appointment we had here was at 2:30. We weren't seen until past 3:00. No one told us that they were running behind schedule, not one word. Yesterday I had to take my daughter in for braces. We had to have our insurance verified again before she could have the work done. We were just there 2 weeks ago. Why didn't they verify the insurance the day before or prior to the appointment? Then to top it off at the last appointment we were told about our payment options. We could pay cash with no interest or pay with Care Credit 24 months with no interest. Well yesterday they told me I could pay with Care Credit and do 18 months with no interest or they could do 24 months with interest, that the 24 months no interest offer was no longer available. You would think if something like that changed we would have received a call and had someone tell us before having to take time off work and taking my kid out of school. They seem to have a lot of office staff that would be able to make one simple call to go over any changes made. The only reason why I let them proceed with braces for my daughter is because they went through with the payment plan they told us at our first visit. I like the Mesquite office better. The office manager there keeps you up to date with everything that is going on and takes the time to personally apologize if they are running behind schedule.
