How Patients Feel

428The manager really should be replaced. I know people can have bad days and I imagine managing an office can be stressful but being rude when a simple question is asked is unacceptable. And from what I understand, she's pretty much this way to everyone.I paid in full (in cash) for my wisdom teeth extractions. When I got a call saying I owed more money I honestly was just confused. So I asked if she could just explain why money was owed. Not a rude request. If I'm paying you hundreds more for a procedure I was told was paid for in full with a receipt to show for it, you as a business can explain. The manager snapped and said, "You owe more and it's the patient responsibility to pay for it."I have NO issue on paying for something I owe but you still didn't answer my simple request. So then she goes on and threatens me to pay her now or she'd send my info to collections the next day. I told her I was on the road and that I needed to call her back when I had safe access to my wallet (and quite frankly my original receipt for reference) but she still didn't explain why I owed more money. Then she threatens again. She's on speaker and now both my preschool age children are upset at the crazy lady on the phone. Will someone give that lady a hug? Because she clearly needs one.
