1Extremely RUDE front office staff - disrespectful towards senior citizens. Dr. Lester has been our dentist for years, way before he went in on the corporate company and it is extremely disheartening how he allows the front office staff treat the patients. I also find it disheartening how money hungry they are. If you do not have insurance that will cover the services, but willing to pay upfront so they have their money immediately, they offer NO discount. Instead they want to charge the patient the same as they would the insurance company, knowing that they will get less back from insurance so they are extremely greedy for their money. If you try and ask the staff if they offer discount, look out because the woman speaks so rudely to you and treats you very poorly for even asking. I see my family looking for a new dentist going forward after the way they just treated our grandmother.
