He is a great person however he dumped his US practice without a letter or a word! It was impossible to find him in the office for about a year. Office was open but would not return calls.. Sawhygienists only for at least last 2 six month appts. I knew something was sketchy but the office was vague or defensive. I feel he should not practice in the US while he is busy in the VI.
