Wanted to do a root canal when not necessary. Worst dental appointment I have ever had. Wait time, with appointment, was two hours, and only because I complained to the assistant, who told me Dr. Hedo was in surgery and would still take some time; after this complaint she miraculously appeared, but seemed to be in a terrible mood and didnt even introduce herself). Based on X rays taken, Dr. H said I needed a ROOT CANAL. I did not feel confident to have that procedure done by Dr. Hedo, so I asked for something for the strong pain and also for a written (or e-mailed diagnosis). Dr. H stated that I could take OTC acetaminophen and paracetamol. I told her I had taken those already and needed something a little bit stronger. She said that \"usually\" she never gives a prescription for something for the pain unless she does the root canal herself. I am still waiting for the diagnosis I requested. I was treated by another dentist and I NEVER NEEDED A ROOT CANAL.
