Hearn Joel P DMD Office

Went to Dr Norquist\'s office on Jamacha for a routine cleaning. I was charged three copays for one visit...one copay for the visit, one copay for the checkup and one copay for the cleaning. Last time and every other time I went for a cleaning, it was a$5 copay. The office manager said it was right and that I could call my insurance. I did and they said it should be one $5 copay for the entire visit. I called the manager back and after much arguing, her saying she was busy and didn\'t have time for me she did admit that I was overcharged. She refunded part of the money, but said I was undercharged last time I was in six months ago and charged me for that. How many other people are being overcharged? Lost a patient, I won\'t be going back!
