First and foremost their information all over the web clearly states they are a BCBS PPO in network provider. Referred by my dentist for possible root canal. The billing person is extremely short, and outright rude, not to mention untruthful. She called stating my insurance was not part if their plans and as such I would be responsible for paying all fees upfront and then get reimbursed from my insurance. She was vehement that my Delta Dental insurance through my husbands work was secondary to my Medicare Advantage plan which is a PPO. This is incorrect, but when I attempted to explain that my working spouses coverage was primary to my Medicare she stated she’s been doing this for 20 years and I am wrong. She’s been doing it wrong for 20 years, maybe. Then when I wondered why my dentist referred me to an endodontist who was out if network with my secondary insurance she stated, “Because we are the only endodontist office in the area.” Flat out lie. After canceling my first appointment for family emergency (totally understandable) they then canceled my new appointment because they had overbooked my appointment day. Apparently I didnt rank high enough to be one of the lucky ones. Every time I have spoken with this office I am treated as though seeing me is going to be a great imposition. They are NOT the only endodontist in the Florence, Muscle Shoals, Tuscumbia area and I recommend any who are considering this office save your time and stress and just call someone else..
Dr Waddell is a very professional and caring dentist. He truly has the patients best interest at heart. His work is great I’ve had crowns done by him that look great. The whole staff was is very professional and caring..
I couldn't have asked for a better service from Dr. Waddell. He did two crowns and made sure I was completely comfortable for the entire procedure, which was actually pretty painless. I highly recommend him as my dentist. Everyone in the office was highly professional and very courteous..

I LOVE this Aspen Dental!! EVERYONE there the receptionists, dental assistances, lab tech and dentist are AMAZING!!!!!! Best place I've ever been and the nicest and most polite people I've had to deal with at a dentist office..
This was a great experience for me even though I was getting my tooth pulled they made sure I was comfortable and did the best not to put me in more pain than I was already going to be in they are great.
