Dr Shroff is procedure driven and money hungry. I had a zirconium molar cap placed recently which has a big gap in the anterior and is catching food in the posterior side. The impression made was sloppy and he basically said he had to touch the adjacent tooth to re-touch and have a snug fit. Craftsmanship is subpar. What a shame to NYU School of Dentistry, his alma mater. He's always rushing; twice my temporary caps broke because he uses flimsy materials to save on the overhead. This is NYC, thank God. There are options. Go find another dentist. You deserve well crafted teeth. Perhaps he was diligent during the early years of his practice (he was recommended by a friend) but boy, he has markedly deteriorated!!
