3I liked Dr Kwon, he is a very good Dentist. but the official policy is something I don\'t understand. They say we can\'t come to an office visit if the patient has Covid, which is understandable, so I cancelled one appointment since he was Covid positive. I had to cancel one more appointment since my son was having a severe cold that day. Now when I called to reschedule the appointment, they said they can\'t book an appointment for me since I cancelled prior appointments. Of course, I cancelled because my son was having COVID!!! Going forward, apparently, I have to call every day to see if they can accommodate my kids since they won\'t book an appointment for me since I cancelled prior ones. This is ridiculous considering we were a long-term customer, going there for last more than ten years. I am taking them out from your practice. Thank you for the last ten years of taking care of my kids.
