I was not happy with my experience at all. The nurse was condescending when I was unsure about the method of pain management for the extraction procedure. She actually asked me if I was going to put \"my big girl pants on..... And be brave with just the Novocaine\" Dr shah lost patience with me as I was in pain and asked for more Novocaine. Never again
