Completely unprofessional; he and assistant were having a casual conversation while working on my teeth. Assistant gave me nova cane for a filling. A patient came back because a crown fell out so Dr.Todd went to treat him first, making me wait an hour. When he came to do my filling the nova cane wore off and they refused to give me more. I changed dentists to someone much better and found out I didn't need the fillings I had. Instead i just needed ONE root canal. Not to mention, the comments he would make about my teeth while doing the work. I will never reccomend this practice...not even to my worst enemy.
