5This dental office belongs to a couple. Their behavior is very aggressive or at least not nice and respectful toward their patients. They do not greet their customers nicely. In very recent event my family forgot to bring their masks while visiting the office. They asked the office to give them masks but they rejected them rudely. They just kept repeating the county regulation about mask mandate. My family explained that they totally understood the regulation they just forgot to bring their masks. But the office rudely rejected them for the appointment. This office might have followed the law and regulation but they ignored the respect to their patients by simply providing a mask when they enter the office. This is how a business can build a healthy and respectful relationship with its customer, but this dental office doesn’t understand this simple concept. We will not get back to this office anymore. Besides their aggressive behavior, the quality of their service is not good as well.
