1Beware of Dr Pejham\'s billing practices. For 1.5 years she charged me the uninsured rate on procedures. The reason she could do that was she said the procedures were a result of abrasion, not decay. She also recommened a porcelain veneer for a front tooth which was had a hairline crack. I changed dentists and was told that a porcelain veneer would not help and in fact the crack was not big enough to warrant any treatment at this time.

3I went in as a new patient. I explained I had pain in a specific tooth. They took xrays and said there was nothing wrong with the tooth, but I could go to a separate root canal specialist for a second opinion. Then they said I needed a deep cleaning, which would cost $400. I have never paid that much for cleaning. They did one side of my mouth and told me I would need to make another appointment for the other side... what? And that would be an additional $400... I have since found a better dentist\'s office that cleans in one visit.
