Dr.Jithendar is kind giving treatment and listening our problems..I did my wisdom teeth removal..he did well..I'm satisfied with his treatment.
Office staff extremely unhelpful about submitting dental claims for reimbursement for a bill I had already paid in full. Three months after my dental appt. my insurance company hadn't received the claim, I called the office 4 times over 2 months to plead with them to look into it. Each time I was told that yes, the would look into it immediately and call me right back. Finally got a call back after the 4th phone call and letting them know how irritated I was getting. Now 6 months after my last visit the insurance company told me that they finally received the claim, but that the dental office had asked them to send the check to the office instead of me. You've got to be kidding.... They just lost a patient. I would recommend finding another dentist.
The office manager could not be more rude! I had one question and asked if Dr. Altman was available. She said he doesn't come to the phone then she hung up on me! I called again and asked if I could speak with the office manager, she said it was she and she yelled at me "What do you want?!" I hung up. I'll just go to someone else. Unprofessional..
I was VERY nervous about going to Aspen, because I love my Dentist, but because of insurance I had to go where my insurance was taken, and I had the best service!! Brittany DA, has the most kindest sweetest chair side manner, very awesome! So was Dr Bhongir,, I didn't even know he was done,I REALLY EXPECTED more pain, I've heard a lot of bad but until you go yourself, well you be the judge:) extremely happy!! Thank you!!!.
I scheduled appointments for my son and I as soon as I moved to Findlay last summer. We were totally impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. One does not necessarily associate a dental visit with an extremely satisfying customer experience, but this is the case with DeClerck Family Dental. My son has been looking forward to his next dental appointment since the minute he left the first one - as have I. The entire team "hit it out of the park." I highly recommend them to everyone..
Highly recommended...especially if you have a fear of dentists..
