I've never known a business to turn away a cash paying customer before but that is exactly what they did. After paying almost $1000 to get dental work done, including the first part of an implant, I received a bill for $20. While fighting w/ insurance over amount, The office sent it to collections. Now that I'm healed from the first part of the implant, Dr Knowles staff said I am no longer a patient or welcome there. Refusing to take another $1000 to finish all over $20 sent to collections!!.
