My experience with this practice was strange to say the least. Upon arrival to my consultation I entered and wasn't greeted or even acknowledged for about 4-5 minutes while the receptionist stared at her computer as the dental assistant and another woman who didn't even look like she even worked there (jeans and a t shirt with a large food stain across the front) began to argue right in front of me. The specialist was vague and hard to get straight answers out of and essentially was going to do nothing that my regular dentist would have done but there fees were significantly higher? I did set up and appointment to come back but canceled a week before hand which seems like and ample amount of time. They didn't have my much flexibility on there next appointment so I was stuck with a time that didn't really work that well but I needed to get the work done soon. Unfortunately I had to cancel that one as well so I called a week ahead of time again and no one answered so I left a voicemail to call me back. I called again later that day and still didn't get and answer so I called one more time before closing and still didn't receive and answer so I left a second voicemail to confirm I would not be available the following week. I never heard from them again to follow up or anything. I called in when my schedule was more open a couple weeks after and the receptionist told me I was NO LONGER WELCOME TO USE THERE PRACTICE do to my no call no show as if this was my place of employment and I was fired??? I have never heard of such a thing anywhere in any sort of medical/ dental practice. I asked why they hadn't replied to my voicemail and she said that they never checked there voicemail which I don't understand how that is a patients fault she didn't do her job and if they hadn't received the voicemail why they didn't call before the appointment to remind or confirm. Very unprofessional and honestly the strangest encounter I have ever had with a dental or medical practice.
