5I had a fantastic experience here but it didn't last long. My kids had two cleanings and they were good with the kids. My husband and I both had one cleaning. When we found out my husband needed some expensive dental work , I double checked that they were a preferred provider on our insurance. It turned out they weren't and I had to cancel the appointment. They then lied to me and made up charges on our account that they said had to be paid before transferring our records to our new dentist. I asked them to provide evidence and they made up excuses and eventually \"waved the charges\". I was very disappointed that something so unprofessional happened at an otherwise great dental office.
