I called to make an appointment and gave all my information to find out that 1. they ask for your ssn over the phone which is an identity no-no 2) they said I was a no show from over a year ago and they can Never see me as a patient. Now, they do not even call you to confirm the day before so if make an appoint and forget you are so out of luck. Well, thanks for being customer service oriented and understanding to a person's needs...
