14I had a appointment scheduled to get a root canal in March as soon as the pandemic of Covid 19 was announced. I called and left a message saying I would not be able to attend my appointment. I called 4 months later to see about rescheduling and I was told I would be charged a no show fee of 100$. I informed the lady that I called in and didn’t attend the visit due to the virus and she was very rude and stated I can not attend the practice with out paying the no show fee. I think this is very unprofessional because there is a pandemic and they are not understanding the fear people have and not willing to accommodate any body for not wanting to attend.
