Professional Statement
Early years…
I was born and raised in the beautiful land of Lima, Peru. I attended Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University, where I received my DDS degree in 2005. After practicing for two years, my husband, Dr. Anderson, decided to move to the United states… but since he was going to miss me very much, he took me with him. Here in the U.S., I furthered my education by participating in a two year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at the University of Connecticut.
Nowadays…
I work very hard on the growth of our RenovaSmiles practices and constantly strive to improve all aspects of our offices. I know that this growth will benefit my family, staff, and of course our patients who have benefited from a renovated infrastructure, state of the art equipment, and the wide variety of treatments and innovative techniques we perform on a daily basis. My time at RenovaSmiles is combined with another position as the dental director of the Greater Prince William Community Health Center. Having always paid special attention to underserved communities, both abroad and domestic, I feel a need to give back not just through private practice, but also community engagement.
Personal facts about me:
I love spending time with my family and friends. Raising three children is probably the toughest job one can have; but of course, it is also the most rewarding experience! I love coming home from work and seeing three super happy “little monsters” because their mommy has just arrived. One of my favorite hobbies is eating the delicious food my husband cooks… but he cannot complain, because I help him by making delicious desserts! I love baking all types of tasty treats, especially for my children.
