Where do I start? I went in for a root canal over a month ago and it still is not finished. They did half of the procedure first day i went in (took 3 hours). Since it took them an excessive amount of time, the anesthesia wore off. I told them i needed more after the first time i felt the intense pain from one of the drills; however, they didn't give it to me. They continued on with the procedure for another 10 minutes or so after me wriggling and moaning of pain in the chair before i finally said "I can't go on without more anesthetic." By the end of the appointment, they couldn't finish because i was "bleeding too much." So i go back a second time to finish it off; was told i'd get my permanent crown and finish the rest of the root canal fillings. During this day, they dropped several things down my throat to the point i was gagging and my crown was not finished (thanks to the assistant messing up the mold the first time.) The assistant on both of these days had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She left me with a temporary crown that did not fit after five times of telling her it was not feeling well. After two days, it fell off. Almost a week and a half later, two false schedulings of getting my permanent crown.. i am sitting here in complete shack and awe of their incompetence. I 100% do not recommend.
