2Never before have I ever been treated so poorly in a dentist's office. I am not one to complain. But, in this case, I must. If I could have given him a lesser star-rating, I would have. He tried to inject the numbing medication into my mouth without first numbing me topically. That's right, he came right at me, squirting the liquid out of the top of the syringe. I asked to be numbed first, but was told that they don't cater to cowards. He also tried to perform procedures, such as filling cavities, without having acquired any x-rays. I have spoken to other dentists in the area about this. They assure me that doing so is a major liability because, without the x-rays, there is no way to know exactly what is wrong. On my way out, a front-desk person also told me that I needed to pay my boyfriend's (yes, that's right, not husband, but boyfriend's) balance. I told her she would have to talk to him about that, but she said if I did not pay it she would have the bill sent to my house. Needless to say, I didn't pay it and the bill never got redirected to my house. I consequently pulled myself and all four of my children out. This man cannot be trusted. You only get one set of permanent teeth. Just because someone has a degree, doesn't make them honorable or trustworthy. Please think twice before sitting in his chair.
