13The staff was rude and made my young children wait over an hour. Catherine came out and was extremely arrogant and condescending acting as if she is so good that everyone waits an hour plus. We explained that we would be leaving and not returning. Her response was to send us a letter stating we are not welcome at the practice. Way to go, Catherine! You are real special!

10I started having pain in a tooth that had a crown approximately 8 years earlier. I went to have mr cleaning about 3 days after the pain started. My dentist gave me a referral to a Endodontic that gave me an appointment for 8 weeks away. Little did I realize how severe the pain would get in a matter of days. I got a referral to Dr Frye and BOY am I GRATEFUL! Her staff did all they could to accommodate my needs. Not only that, she was a gentle spirit and had grace for my pain and took measures to ensure I was comfortable. They really went above and beyond for me. They made sure I had my root canal a day before my vacation and that I was not in pain and has no hassles while I was away. Dr Frye was very thoughtful and considerate!
