11Never in my life have I seen such an attitude! Her stuff is not trained to do the job. On top of that they are ignorant and arrogant. I called them to ask if Dr. Starobinets takes my dental plan. I have been told me that it was MY JOB to verify that -?! So, I called my insurance company myself and found out that Dr. Starobinets was in-network. When I came to the office, her billing person told me that she had never seen my dental plan before, so it was not good. I asked if I could speak to the Doctor. I have been told that the doctor was busy with another patient...Meanwhile it was my appointment time...After waiting for 40 mins or so, I asked another young woman at the front desk for help. She replied: "What do you want? We gave you a good price already. Do not waist our time"... I just left. Will never be back.
