I have never felt moved to give any dentistry office a review before, but this time was different. This is a classy establishment. The equipment is modern, unobtrusive, and clean. Everyone there is friendly and professional. They transferred my records from a previous office with no hassle. They mailed me the on-boarding paperwork so I could fill it out ahead of time. When I made two special requests (warm water for rinsing, and no lectures about flossing), they actually took note of them and remembered them. They looked at my previous x-ray workup from the previous dentistry office, took a few new ones to fresh certain areas, declared that I didn't need any restorative work, and got me in for cleaning the same day because of a cancellation. They were very attentive to how I was feeling, and made sure I was comfortable. They did not try to talk me into any unnecessary extra procedures. I am a cash customer (no dental insurance), and pricing was fair. I am impressed.
