My daughter always had broken brackets that cost extra to fix. They blamed my daughter for what she was eating although several times they just broke while not eating. She had a permanent retainer that broke within 3 weeks and they charged me over $250.00 which was more than 1/3 of what the retainer cost. They were very unprofessional and accusing, blaming my daughter for the brackets being broken. Will never recommend them to anyone!
