I had a mucus cyst removed about 2 years ago from this practice. The face to face interaction was great, but I had some very negative experiences around the interaction. First, I was told that my insurance would cover the procedure, but the rates that they used were higher than my insurance would cover. They also sent the cyst to a practice in Iowa, but did not include any of my insurance information and provided incorrect billing information, so I discovered the charge when it appeared as a negative item on my credit report. Finally, and most concerningly, the procedure left me with numbness on my lip that I was assured would go away. It has been two years, and I still do not have any feeling on the lower left side of my lip. This has caused me a great deal of frustration and I was recently notified that it is unlikely that I will ever recover feeling back on my lip. All in all, I would recommend going to a different office.
