During my procedure Dr. Duffield acknowledged that he was not achieving the desired effect and I expressed that I was feeling discomfort, but he sent me out, saying the issue would go away. When the problem did not go away, I revisited, but he refused to modify his error. He again acknowledged the procedure was unsuccessful, but he ignored my request to improve it. Though I have had this procedure before and I know how it should look and feel, Duffield refused to correct his error.
