1I've had great experiences with Dr. Gilday. He does excellent work, is very friendly and approachable and easy to talk with. He keeps up with the latest techniques as well. He took over the practice from Dr. Jay Lamb, whom I'd been seeing for years and years. The staff at Village Plaza Dental have all been there for all those years and they are all very good and friendly. And caring! An overall pleasant experience every time I go. My whole family uses this practice.

3Do not go to this dentist. Especially for any procedures that should be done by a specialist. I have been to four dentists in my life. The first three were wonderful and Dr. Lamb couldn't pay me a million dollars to sit in his chair again. I have never been so horribly treated by staff and the doctor at any medical/dental place I have ever been. I have also worked for a dentist office in the past for five years, so I know how things should be done. I hope no know else has had or will have the same experience. I still have a screwed up tooth and am in pain and all they worry about is money, not patient care. I highly advise going somewhere else.

5Dr. Gilday is good but the office staff is terrible. I have had billing issues for over 6 months and I never get an explanation just the same bill. Turns out they have an old office address that has been closed for several years still listed with MetLife as in network, with the current phone number. This “new” office lcation is actually out of network. Who knew that its not the Dr but the office location they use for insurance?! I was not told they were out of network before services were performed. It took over 6 months for this to be communicated with me. On top of all of this first of all they billed my father for my services, same address but different last names and accounts, and then my husband who has his own insurance had a cleaning done and they billed my insurance! I was supposed to get a quote for work that needed done, never got anything. My husband was told they would send him a quote for some work the Dr suggested he get done...never heard anything from them. Office staff communication is horible and they rufuse to connect me with Dr. Gilday via phone or email. BEWARE!!!!!

1She gives a very caring vibe; the vibe feels like a warm, comforting, caring nature. She explains everything very well. Makes sure you understand and you are comfortable with the decisions made. I’m glad I happen to be scheduled with her when I called for a new patient intake! I’ve been seeing her for almost 2 years now.
