Dr. Bergeson at Gentle Dental is the best dentist I have ever met. He is amazingly thorough, precise, personable, he CARES about his patients, and he will listen to your concerns and address every one of them. I have never been taken care of so wonderfully, at any medical facility, as I have at Gentle Dental on River Road. The staff is amazing, so kind, friendly, competent. I had a lot of work done by Dr. Bergeson, due to a few cavities, a few cosmetic corrections, and had a deep gum cleaning. Gentle Dental saved me a lot money on the Smile Plan. They took such good care of me, it was not like going to the dentist,,,,it was like going to see your friends!~yes! The office Manager, Gari knows how to run the office smoothly and efficiently. Thank you Gari! for all you did for me, and Gwen too for taking care of me so well!,,,(Gwen is a true suction-artist-extraordinaire, and will never let you down, she cares deeply about helping others). Laura is an excellent hygienist, and really helped me. ...and......They are FUN! The girls at the front desk are so sweet, so competent, and efficient. If you are afraid to go to the dentist, go to see Dr. Bergeson, he will change the way you feel about visiting the dentist. I USE TO BE afraid of the dentist for 30 years due to tooth issues, now i am not, I look forward to it! How funny is that! Dr. Bergeson was very gentle when he worked on my teeth, told me what he was doing beforehand, and my teeth did not hurt afterwards like they normally do after any work. I am so happy to now know that I have such a great dentist. My teeth look and feel amazing now. If you want tremendous customer service, if you want the best Dentist, and the best dental experience, go to this branch of Gentle Dental, you will love these people and the service you receive. They will treat you like family, and will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. That is how they treated me. Its a great office with great people, and they have built a organized team. I have been going to Dr. Rocheld since I moved to Eugene in 1982, so for 29 years. After moving to Seattle in 1991, I continue to travel to Eugene to have Jack and his staff for all my dental needs. Not only are they at the cutting edge of their field of dentistry, in my opinion they continue to set the example for how patient care and compassion can be provided in a modern, busy practice. From check-ups, to dental surgery to cosmetic dentistry, they have been absolutely the best. As a pharmacist, I see the entire spectrum of dental patients and dental after care as patients come into my pharmacy. I hear lots of things in my pharmacy practice. No matter how far you have to travel, if you need dental care, this is the place to go.
