Dr. Makay doesn't listen to patient's problems. After he completed some dental work, I began to have problems with jaw clicking. Instead of listening or treating it he mocked me openly in front of the technicians. The technician wouldn't even put the symptom in my chart! Shortly after, I went to another dentist who diagnosed me with TMJ.
