I had a crown put in over 2 years ago and it has never been never been right. I told Mr. Flath that my bite felt different but he said that there was nothinh wrong. This started right after the crown was put in. When I had my teeth cleaned he asked me what trauma I had that caused my bite to change. I told him that I have been telling him about this for 2 years. At that time he got a real attitude and told me to brush more and left the room. Most unprofessional I would never recommend him..
No wonder nobody in the community likes or respects you!.

NIGHTMARE! $!4,000.00 FOR TWO IMPLANT CROWNS INCORRECTLY PLACED I was a patient for many years, once the office expanded, the care for patients got less and less, there was more and more interest in money and pushing patients through as fast as possible. I had 2 implants done to the tune of $8000.00 (more than $5000 of which came out of my own pocket). Within approximately 2 months, BOTH crowns on the implants loosened and fell out! Implants are supposed to be the next best thing to your own teeth, they DIDN'T TELL ME there was any possibility the crowns Dr. Bogaudo placed on the implants would loosen by the simply pressure of washing my face over where they were placed. He accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY and sent me back to Marinette to the surgeon who placed the anchors in my jawbone. He didn't do what the surgeon told him to do, so I ended up having to go back to Marinette the next day also. Bogaudo's office "tricked" me into having my teeth cleaned when I called to make an appointment because the implant crowns fell off, then I got charged for the cleaning and the implant "repair", because they had already used up all my insurance allowance for that year. Aren't they supposed to know that? They didn't tell me it was going to cost me even more than I had already paid. I think they should reimburse my mileage for having to travel to Wisconsin TWICE, due to no fault of my own. The implant crowns were put back on, after the doctor DRILLED HOLES IN THEM, and filled those holes with a rough feeling substance that food stuck to every time I ate. WITHIN 6 MONTHS, THE CROWNS FELL OFF AGAIN! I ended up going to a doctor that specializes in complex dentistry, where I was informed it would cost me another $6000 (out of my own pocket) to replace these crowns and place them correctly. Great Smile Dentistry WILL ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INADEQUATE SERVICES PROVIDED and offers no reimbursement for additional costs patients incur to correct these deficiencies..
