Creech Billy Jones DMD

Have had an appointment for over a month. I drive from out of town to see Dr. Elliott. We recieved a \"comfomation call\" for our apt at 10am this morninh. After we drive 35 miles to the dentist, there is no one in the office. We are calling and no one picks up. 20 minutes later, the receptionist came back with lunch. There was no note saying they were on lunch. We walk in and she says \"oh you didn't get my message? The dentist is sick\" I never recieved a message, she probably forgot on her shopping spree. She was extremely unprofessional and didn't even offer to reschedule. I'm very disappointed
